We offer both free and paid support. Simply click on the “Chat” icon (aka the “Help” icon when we are offline) in the bottom right portion of any screen and if available, we will respond in real time. If unavailable, please provide your email (inside the function) and we will follow up, usually within 2 hours during business hours, Monday through Friday, Eastern timezone for the USA.

If you would like to purchase our insights to speed your efforts forward as you adopt Amazon’s Alexa eco system, that service will soon be offered. Submit a ticket via the Chat function to be notified when it is ready for prime time.
